Description

AdiIRC crashes when an empty string is returned via DLL.

Affects 4.4 on x64 and x86 (other versions untested)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download m_nowplaying from https://github.com/irc-rs/m_nowplaying/releases
  2. Extract m_nowplaying to any folder
  3. Start playing music in Spotify, Chrome, etc.
  4. Load the *.mrc file in AdiIRC
  5. Stop playing music

I've tested this side by side with mIRC, AdiIRC 32 bit and AdiIRC 64 bit running at the same time. Both AdiIRC instances crash, and mIRC continues to run.

What should be seen:

* Loaded: m_nowplaying 0.2.1 on mIRC v7.82 (x86)
* Now Playing: [Monsters] by [Iam Tongi]
* Now Playing: []
