In AdIRC there is "Options - General - Invite" where you can chose "join channels when invited" and you also have an option to "ignore channels" where you can set what channels to not "auto join" on invite, i suggest a tweak to this to make it possible to use it the other way around.

So you can chose if you want a list that is ether "ignore" or "allowed" as i think the "allowed" is a smarter choice as now and then on IRC you always get invited to strange channels and how to ignore them when you don´t know it exist in the first place.

Another thing that would be smart is to set what "network / networks" the channel is allowed to "auto join" from, as it could be a channel that has same name on different network, or just one channel that exist in a single network instead of allow it to join the channel across the whole platform.
